Medwin Water

One of two linked rivers in South Lanarkshire known by this name, this Medwin Water rises sa headstreams to the north of White Craig, a peak of the Pentland Hills. Flowing southward it forms the boundary between South Lanarkshire and the Scottish Borders before flowing westward where, with the addition of the West Water and other streams, it becomes the South Medwin.
