A lochan in the S of Ardnamurchan, Lochain Gleann Locha is located on the northwestern slopes of Druim na Gearr Leacainn, 1¼ miles (2 km) west of Kilchoan. On the edge of the loch are the remains of a Hawker Hurricane which crashed in bad weather in 1944 killing the pilot, Flight Lieutenant Arthur John Woodgate.
