Bog Burn

The Bog Burn represents the upper reaches of the Murieston Water in West Lothian, issuing from the northeastern end of Cobbinshaw Reservoir. Its only significant tributaries are two streams known as the Vein Skye and Feebee Syke. It becomes known as the Murieston Water around Torphin Bridge, a quarter-mile (0.5 km) northeast of East Torphin.
