Sandside, Bay of
(The Hap)

A significant indentation in the north coast of the island of Graemsay in Orkney, the Bay of Sandside opens into Clestrain Sound between The Lash and the Taing of Sandside. The bay is overlooked by the island's Community Centre. The bay is, perhaps erroneously, recorded on some older maps as The Hap.
