Loch Scridain

A long sea loch located in the west coast of the island of Mull in the Inner Hebrides, Loch Scridain is 12 miles (19 km) in length and 2½ miles (4 km) at its widest. Extending as far inland as Glen More, the area to the north is known as Ardmeanach while to the south lies the Ross of Mull. At its head lies the headland of Aird of Kinloch and behind this lies an extension of Loch Scridain known as Loch Beg. The River Coladoir empties into this loch.
