Vaul Bay is located on the northern coastline of the island of Tiree in Argyll and Bute Council Area. Situated 2 miles (4 km) to the northeast of the settlement of Scarinish, the bay is bordered to the east by Salum Bay, while on its western shore lies the settlement of Vaul.
