Loch Alsh

A sea loch on the W coast of Highland Council Area between Skye and the mainland, Loch Alsh opens out northwestwards to the Inner Sound via Kyle Akin and southwards to the Sound of Sleat via Kyle Rhea. The settlements of Balmacara and Kyle of Lochalsh lie on its shore.
