Burghead Bay

A wide sweeping bay on the Moray Firth coast, Burghead Bay has Burghead at its eastern extremity and the mouth of the River Findhorn at its western end. The bay gave its name to the Royal Navy frigate HMS Burghead Bay launched in 1945.
