Ben Ledi

The Corbett peak of Ben Ledi rises to a height of 879m (2883 feet) in Stirling Council Area and lies between the Glen Finglas Reservoir and Loch Lubnaig, 4 miles (7 km) northwest of Callander. A light aircraft crashed on the mountain in 1981, killing the pilot. A cross near the summit commemorates Police Sgt. Harry Lawrie a member of the Killin Mountain Rescue Team, who died following a helicopter crash on Ben More in 1987.
