A barren area of land in the extreme northwest of the island of Yell (Shetland), North Neaps lies to the west of Gloup Voe, 3 miles (5 km) west northwest of Cullivoe. Inaccessible by road, the North Neaps are directly exposed to the North Atlantic gales.
