An inlet on the outer edge of the larger South Nesting Bay on the east coast of the Shetland Mainland, Es Wick is situated between Ling Ness and the Moul of Eswick, 8 miles (13 km) north northeast of Lerwick. The small settlement of Eswick lies behind a sandy beach.
