Cat Firth

A sizeable inlet on the east coast of the Shetland Mainland, Cat Firth opens into the mouth of Wadbister Voe, 6 miles (10 km) north northwest of Lerwick. Vassa Voe and Loura Voe are arms of this inlet, which also contains the island of Little Holm. The small settlements of Catfirth and Freester are located on its shores.
