Beinn Heasgarnich
(Beinn Sheasgarnich)

Located between the Forest of Mamlorn and Loch Lyon in the Breadalbane district of W Perth and Kinross, this sprawling peak rises to a height of 1078m (3537 feet) and is the highest of the Glen Lochay hills. Much of the surrounding area exceeds a height of 650m (2132 feet) and is peat moorland. Its name is derived from the Gaelic for "sheltered hill".
