Strathfinella Hill

A long crescent-shaped hill lying between Strath Finella and the Glen of Drumtochty in the north and the Howe of the Mearns, Strathfinella Hill is located 2 miles (3 km) west of Auchenblae in S Aberdeenshire. Cloaked in plantation forest, the hill rises to 414m (1358 feet), with subsidiary summits at 306m (1003 feet) , 355m (1164 feet) and 323m (1059 feet) at Black Hill in the east.
