A hill within the Carsphairn Forest in N Dumfries and Galloway, Brownhill Rig rises to 386m (1266 feet) overlooking the Water of Deugh, 2 miles (3 km) southeast of Windy Standard and 5½ miles (9 km) north of the settlement of Carsphairn.
