An Sgarsoch

Located in the centre of the headwaters of the Rivers Feshie, Geldie and Tarf, on the border between Aberdeenshire and Perth & Kinross, this peak is one of the most remote in Scotland, located 13 miles (21 km) north northeast of Blair Atholl. Rising to a height of 1006m (3302 feet) at a summit marked by a cairn, it features gentle slopes and is classified as a Munro. Its name originates from Gaelic and means "place of sharp rocks".
