Ardivachar Point
(Rubha Aird na Mhachair)A headland at the northwest corner of the island of South Uist in the Outer Hebrides, Ardivachar Point (Gael: Rubha Aird na Mhachair) is located at the northern end of an extensive beach and dune system, 3 miles (5 km) west of Eochar. The settlement of Aird a' Mhachair lies immediately to the south, with the Hebrides Missile Range beyond.
