A ruined L-plan tower house in Dumfries and Galloway, Dundeugh Castle was a stronghold of the Gordon family and lies in woodland at the foot of Dundeugh Hill, where the Polmaddy Burn meets the Water of Deugh. It dates from the 16th C., but was built on the site of an earlier 13th C. fortification.
