Argyll's Lodging (Argyle's Lodging) is located in the historic old town of Stirling and is arguably the most striking of Scotland's surviving 17th Century townhouses. Built by the founder of Nova Scotia, Sir William Alexander (1567 - 1640), the house passed into the hands of the Earl of Argyll when he died. Its rooms have been restored to their original state and feature period furniture and tapestries. This A-listed house is now in the care of Historic Scotland and managed in conjunction with Stirling Castle.

The building has served as a location for the film The 39 Steps (2008).
