Hills of Cromdale

Situated between the River Spey and the River Avon, the Hills of Cromdale rise on the northern edge of the Grampian Mountains to heights in excess of 700m (2297 feet). The highest tops, which lie on the border between Moray and Highland Council Areas, include Creagan a' Chaise (722m / 2366 feet), Charn a' Ghille Chearr (710m / 2329 feet) and Carn Tuairneir (693m / 2278 feet).
