Located within Dingwall, Ross and Cromarty, Highland, the Dingwall Museum has displays on the history of the town as well as social histories, including recreations of a smiddy and a kitchen, and a room dedicated to the military life of "Fighting Mac", Major General Sir Hector MacDonald (1853 - 1903).
