Sgurr na Ruaidhe
One of four peaks located north of Glen Strathfarrar and who are collectively known as the North Strathfarrar Ridge, Sgurr na Ruaidhe rises to a height of 993m (3258 feet) and is located within the Highland Council area, on the border of the former counties of Inverness-shire and Ross and Cromarty. It is smooth and rounded, like its neighbouring peak Carn nan Gobhar. The name Sgurr na Ruaidhe originates from Gaelic and means "peak of the redness".
