Maoile Lunndaidh

Rising to a height of 1007m (3304 feet) between Glen Carron, Glen Strathfarrar and Strath Conon and in the Ross and Cromarty district of Highland Council, Maoile Lunndaidh is particularly isolated. It has a gravel flat summit which is more common of the Cairngorms than the west Highlands. Its name originates from Gaelic and means "hill of the wet place".
