A mountain massif, which is classified as a Corbett, in Wester Ross, Ben Damph (Gael: Beinn Damh) rises to 903m (2962 feet) at Spidean Coire an Laoigh, 2 miles (3 km) east of Loch Damh and 3 miles (5 km) south of the head of Upper Loch Torridon. A secondary summit rises to 868m (2847 feet) a half-mile (1 km) to the northwest. The Ben-Damph Forest extends northwards.
