Carn Gorm

A prominent summit in the Glencarron and Glenuig Forest of Wester Ross, Carn Gorm rises to 875m (2870 feet) 2¼ miles (3.5 km) east of Moruisg and 5½ miles (9 km) south southwest of Achnasheen. The mountain has a secondary summit, marked by a triangulation point, which reaches 867m (2844 feet), while a subsidiary peak located to a quarter-mile (0.5 km) to the northeast is known as Carn Liath.
