Fordyce Castle

Fordyce Castle is a small fortalice located at the very centre of the village of Fordyce, Aberdeenshire. Built in 1592, with 18th-century extensions, it is a four-storey L-plan tower house and was home to Sir Thomas Menzies of Durn, a Provost of Aberdeen. Still a private residence, it is not open to the public.
