Oatlee Hill

A coastal summit of the E Scottish Borders, Oatlee Hill rises to 162m (531 feet) 2½ miles (4 km) northwest of Coldingham, overlooking the steep cliffs to the west of St. Abbs Head. Close to its summit is a distance pole representing the western end of a 'measured mile', once used by the Admiralty and commercial shipping for speed trials.
