Eilean Dubh Mor

Located between the Garvellachs and Luing, in the Firth of Lorn, Argyll and Bute, Eilean Dubh Mor is an uninhabited island with an area of 65 ha (161 acres). It is essentially a single mound shaped hill (53m / 174 feet) with a promontory to the northeast. To the north and attached at low tide by a rocky shelf is the smaller island of Eilean Dubh Beag.
