The Wells of the Rees

A location on the Southern Upland Way in Dumfries and Galloway, The Wells of the Rees lie to the east of the Tarf Water at the southern foot of Craigairie Fell. Situated on an old pilgrimage route to Whithorn, the three stone-capped wells probably have some religious significance.
