Ben StackA mountain to the west of Loch Stack in the Sutherland district of Highland Council Area, Ben Stack rises to a height of 721m (2365 feet) 3½ miles (6 km) southeast of Laxford Bridge and 1½ miles (3 km) northwest of Achfary. It was while walking on this mountain that former Foreign Secretary Robin Cook suffered heart failure and died in 2005.
