A small reservoir with an earth embankment dam in E Fife Council Area, Cameron Reservoir lies 4 miles (7 km) southwest of St Andrews. It is the source of the Cameron Burn, a tributary of the Kenly Water and is the main drinking water supply for St. Andrews. Operated by Scottish Water, it covers an area of 47 ha (116 acres).
