Craiglockhart Dell

A steep-sided wooded valley on the Water of Leith, some 3 miles (5 km) southwest of central Edinburgh, Craiglockhart Dell connects along the Water of Leith walkway with Colinton Dell to the southwest. In the Dell is the early 19th Century Gothic Grotto of Craiglockhart House and, towards Colinton, the remains of Redhall Mill, a mid-19th Century sawmill.
