Town House, Auchtermuchty

Located in the High Street of Auchtermuchty, the town house dates from 1728 (attested by a date carved on the tower). Although much altered, the crow-stepped main block gives rise to a tower, which rises to a balustraded parapet and stone spire. The clock faces were installed in 1897.
