Drumtroddan Standing Stones

An ancient site in The Machars of Dumfries and Galloway, Drumtroddan lies to the north of the White Loch of Myrton, 2 miles (3 km) east of Port William. Dating from the 2nd millennium BC, the site comprises three standing stones, together with cup-and-ring markings on outcrops of greywacke a short distance to the northwest. The site is now in the care of Historic Scotland.
