Gob na h-Airde

(Gob na h-Ă€irde)

A point at the end of a bulbous little headland which forms the eastern termination of Glen Bay on the north coast of Hirta, the principal island of the St. Kilda archipelago, the sides of Gob na h-Airde fall steeply into the ocean. The neck of the headland is undermined by a tunnel called Geo na h-Airde.
