Carn Liath

One of the three peaks of the Beinn a' Ghlo massif, Carn Liath rises to a height of 975m (3199 feet) northeast of Blair Atholl in Perth and Kinross Council Area. This is the first Munro peak encountered when driving north into the Highlands from Perth along the A9 trunk road. Its name is derived from Gaelic for 'grey hill'.
