One of the Grampian Mountains, remotely located on the border between Aberdeenshire and Moray Council Areas, a mile (1.5 km) west southwest of the southern end of Loch Builg and 7 miles (11 km) north northeast of Braemar, Carn Tiekeiver rises to a height of 743m (2532 feet).
