Occupying a large modern building on the main thoroughfare of Corstorphine Road in W Central Edinburgh, the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China is located at the junction with Riverdale Crescent, just to the north of Murrayfield Stadium, 1½ miles (2.5 km) west of the city centre. There is an obvious Chinese flag flying from the front of the building and an immense satellite dish to the rear.
