A small river in the NW of South Lanarkshire, the Kittoch Water rises on moorland to the south of East Kilbride. It flows northeast, turning northwest near the town centre, and west through Kirktonholme Recreation Area and entering a gorge at College Milton. It falls into the White Cart Water a quarter-mile (0.4 km) east of Clarkston, having completed a course of 6 miles (10 km).
