The easternmost and least significant of a group of four summits on the island Unst in Shetland, Little Heog rises to 124m (406 feet) a quarter-mile (0.4 km) east of Muckle Heog and 1½ miles (2.5 km) northeast of Baltasound. There is a television transmitter mast located to the west of the summit.
