A modest summit in S Central Dumfries & Galloway, Disdow Hill rises to beyond 185m (606 feet) 1¼ miles (2 km) northeast of Gatehouse of Fleet and 2¼ miles (3.5 km) south southwest of Loch Whinyeon, on a ridge that reaches its highest point at Cairntosh Hill.
