A modest summit which forms one of the Ochill Hills in NE Fife, Tay Mount rises to 189m (620 feet) a half-mile (1 km) east northeast of Hazelton Walls and 1¼ miles (2 km) northwest of Rathillet. The summit is surrounded by plantation woodland.
