Meall Buidhe

Located north of Loch Nevis in the heart of Knoydart, Lochaber in Highland, this peak rises to a height of 946m (3104 feet). There are two tops and the summit is the western one. The ridge to the summit is narrow and particularly rocky in places. The bealach "a'Choire Odhair" joins the mountain to its neighbour Luinne Bheinn. The name "Meall Buidhe" originates from Gaelic and means "yellow hill".
