The Sow of Atholl

The Sow of Atholl (also known as Meall an Dobharchain) lies at the eastern end of the Dalnaspidal Forest, rising steeply to the west of the A9 Trunk Road and Allt Dubhaig to reach a height of 803m (2634 feet), while overlooking Allt Coire Dhomhain to the north. Classified as a Corbett, its summit is located 1¼ miles (2 km) south southwest of the Pass of Drumochter, 2 miles (3 km) north of Loch Garry in NW Perth and Kinross.
