Knocknacor

An elongated hogback in The Machars of Galloway, Knocknacor rises to 52m (170 feet) a quarter-mile (0.5 km) east of Clugston Loch and a half-mile (1 km) west southwest of Spittal. This is part of an extensive drumlin field, with its principal axis aligned NNW-SSE indicating the direction of glacial flow.
