Mill Hill

A teardrop-shaped summit in The Machars of Dumfries and Galloway, Mill Hill rises to 65m (213 feet) to the west of Sanquahar Hill, 1½ miles (2.4 km) west northwest of Sorbie. This is one of a number of drumlins hereabouts, aligned NE-SW suggesting the direction of glacial flow. There is another Mill Hill located just 2¾ miles (4.5 km) to the east southeast, while Airies Mill Hill is situated a quarter-mile (0.5 km) to the west northwest.
