Airies Mill Hill

An elongated summit in The Machars of Galloway, Airies Mill Hill rises to 63m (206 feet) a half-mile (1 km) north northeast of Dowalton Marshes and a mile (1.7 km) south southeast of Whauphill. This is a well-defined drumlin, one of a number in this area, aligned NE-SW suggesting the direction of glacial flow.
