Woodhill

A modest summit in The Machars of Galloway, Woodhill rises to just beyond 115m (377 feet) within plantation forest at the southern end of Loch Ronald, 5½ miles (9 km) northeast of Glenluce. This is part of an extensive drumlin field, deposited beneath an ancient ice sheet which once covered this area.
