Knockytinnie

An elongated hogback in The Machars of Galloway, Knocknahay rises to just beyond 100m (328 feet) on the edge of the plantation forest that occupies Carseriggan Moor, a quarter-mile (0.4 km) north of Carseriggan. This is part of an extensive drumlin field, with its principal axis aligned NNE-SSW indicating the direction of glacial flow.
