Drumawan

A drumlin on the northeastern flank of Barskeoch Fell in The Machars of Dumfries and Galloway, Drumawan rises to 143m (469 feet) 2½ miles (4 km) northwest of Kirkcowan. This is part of an extensive drumlin field hereabouts and is aligned N-S suggesting the direction of flow of an ancient ice sheet under which it was deposited.
